For more than 20 years (dating back to their Cadillac Chauffeur days!), Valley Limo has been my go-to transportation service. Len has always been incredibly reliable and has consistently come through for my bosses and me. I truly appreciate their local, personalized, friendly, and professional service. I've never had a problem, and their responsiveness, especially with prompt phone call returns, is fantastic. It's great to see they're still serving the community. Wow. Len saved the day! After another limo service over booked, canceled reservation and under communicated with us (sounds like the airlines) Len stepped in. This is the best Limo service in  the Twin Cities! They really have a kind spirit and very accommodating. Charlie was on time and did everything to make our experience the best. He was a part of our celebration.  Len is awesome to work with. He has great communication and will make it happen.  The prices are very reasonable! I recommend using Len and Valley Limo. Leading up to my wedding, I worked exclusively with Len leading up to it for making the reservation, and confirmation of stops and he even let us come check out the fleet to pick out the bus that we wanted for our special day. On the day of the driver, Roger, showed up early, which I appreciated. When we walked out of the church we noticed that the red carpet and just married signs were missing, but went forward. Additionally, we noticed that the bus we agreed to with Len was not the bus we got. The radio did not work for us to be able to play the music we wanted and no water was provided (per the contract). Overall, Roger was a good driver in which he got us everywhere safely and our party knows no different. I did bring to Len's attention each of the misses and he not only apologized but compensated us for the miss. Full stop, people make mistakes but feel confident that they don't do this often. Affordable limo services for our MDW wedding in 2021. Originally, the wrong vehicle was sent, but it was quickly fixed and we were well on our way.
