Do I pay for my limousine or hourly vehicle when I’m not using it?

Yes, all hourly charters are billed according to the total hours used by the customer. Examples: Charges are incurred during a Wedding Ceremony & Reception, a Sporting Event and a Concert.

Do you offer early morning and late evening airport service?

Yes, we offer car service 24-hour a day / 7 days a week / 365 days a year.

When do my rental charges begin?

Do we have to tip the driver?

Yes. The standard tip is 20% of the total fare. If you feel your driver has performed in an exceeding manner, you can tip more.

Can I visit Valley Limo’s garage to see the available vehicles?

Yes, customers are always welcome to visit our offices during standard office hours to reserve vehicles. We love to show off our beautiful fleet, but we ask that customers make an appointment ahead of time so that we can ensure your desired vehicle will be in the garage.

Do you offer pickup and drop-off services?

Yes, Valley Limo does offer a transfer service with the exception of special events as described above. In most cases this type of service, called a transfer, is requested when a client would like a simple pickup and a drop-off at a specified time.

What comes in the limousine in the way of drinks, food, etc.?

Our limousines are prepared with ice, bottled water, glassware and napkins. Customers are welcome to bring beverages. Alcoholic beverages are permitted as long as every passenger riding in the vehicle is over the age of 21.

Questions About Our Rental Policies

Can we drink alcohol or smoke in the limo?

Alcohol consumption is allowed for people of legal drinking age. UNDERAGE drinking is not allowed under any circumstances. All of Valley Limo’s vehicles are NON-SMOKING. Customers who smoke inside a Valley Limo vehicle are charged a cleaning fee of $250.00.

What is your standard cancellation policy?

Sedan, Van and SUV – 2 hours prior to pickup time.

Limousine – 48 hours prior to pickup time.

Charter Bus – 48 hours prior to pickup time on hourly charters.
Day Charters and Out of Town Charters- 1 week.

What is your special event cancellation policy?

Special events include Prom Season, GA/FL Game, ACC Championship, New Years Eve, Concerts and Sporting Events. Cancellation policy for special events is 1 week prior to the pickup time on the day of the event. This policy is in effect for all vehicles chartered.

What type of deposit is required to reserve a vehicle?

Valley Limo requires payment in full at the time of reservation. This applies to all reservations including airport transfers, hourly rentals and bus charters.

How far in advance should I make my reservation?

Valley Limo will take reservations up to a year in advance. When you know the date and time of your travel, special event or celebration, contact a Valley Limo Reservation Associate who will discuss our services. Valley Limo is one of the Twin Cities most popular limousine service and we sell out very frequently and especially during Prom Season and Special Events. Customers should be prepared to pay for the service at the time of reservation.

Can we bring coolers on a Valley Limo charter bus?

Yes, Valley Limo will allow customers to bring coolers onboard the charter bus. If you would like us to provide a cooler stocked with ice, please ask your Reservation Associate for this service.

What is a party or cleaning deposit and is this deposit refundable?

Valley Limo may require the customer to provide a party deposit “upfront” for potential mishaps and accidents that commonly occur when too much alcohol is consumed. These party deposits are required when alcohol will be consumed inside the vehicle during limo celebrations, party buses, and bachelor and bachelorette parties. Cleaning deposits will be refunded “only after” the vehicle has returned to our garage and has been inspected.
